Viettel Open Private Cloud (vOPC) is a private cloud service developed by Viettel IDC’s open source platform (Openstack) that meets the cloud criteria of the Ministry of Information and Communications, which simplifies cloud usage to enterprise customers by providing a fully managed private cloud and integrating software and hardware in geographically unlimited Data cCenters.

Viettel Open Private Cloud allows customers to create their own private cloud infrastructure, thereby also providing a higher level of security and privacy thanks to a firewall and internal storage system to ensure sensitive data and Company activities are not accessed by third parties.

Set up your own virtual Data Center

Customers can self-deploy Viettel Open Private Cloud’s system with quality-tested integrated modules designed by Viettel IDC in any Data Center, including Viettel IDC’s or client’s.

This helps customers eliminate complexity and research shortages by providing a complete service package, creating simplifications in installation, administration, and troubleshooting. This is to help customers have autonomy and control over their own private cloud system.

Cost saving, flexible deployment

Viettel Open Private Cloud will save corporate customers on research costs, operating costs, administration and building cloud services up to 20-30% according to customer’s infrastructure and capacity, at the same time minimizing risks if enterprises self-deploy.

Customers can choose to deploy private cloud services on Viettel IDC’s data center, customer’s or any data center in the world. This allows customers to meet privacy and data safety compliance with local regulations and policies.

The system provides a graphical interface that allows customers to remotely access virtual machines through popular browsers to administer virtual machines to proactively manage, initialize, upgrade and delete virtual servers and snapshots.

Ability to manage, configure, monitor virtual servers, allowing customers to automatically monitor resource usage parameters: RAM/CPU/IOPS/Bandwidth and free public Template VM library.

– In case the Customer does not have their own data center and wants to have their own virtualized infrastructure system, the customer can combine the use of vOPC products and DC leasing services (Data Center), which meet Viettel IDC’s Tier-Rated 3 standard.
