Check and handle security vulnerabilities

Support for issues related to devices and servers

– Hand over the root account to Viettel IDC: Customers do not keep the root account but will only be granted an account with limited rights
– Notify Viettel IDC when any changes need to be made on the server
– Use the operating system or the software on the server is copyrighted and has valid technical support from class
– If using a Web server, a License Panel & active (Cpanel for Apache and Plesk for IIS)
– If using email, Copyright Panel & active (Qmail, HC Controller or CPanel)

– Directly intervene in the source code of the customer’s Website to fix errors not caused by the server
– Require research and integration of solutions that are not fully supported or exceed Viettel IDC’s capabilities
– Customers Customers intervene and install themselves, affecting the system.
– Customer-deployed source code and self-installed software are not supported
– Customers violate the terms of use

– Monitor the backup process and results using Cloud Backup (if any), check recoverable Backup data
– Monitor operating system patches and vulnerabilities and warn customers to upgrade

– Request to provide information: Provide information about log server or web, mail server within the last 1 month
– Request to change the system:
+ Change OS security configuration as required (SELinux, Iptables, Windows Firewall )
+ Update patches and upgrade OS as required
+ Install and configure Apache, PHP, MySQL, IIS as required
+ Check and detect errors in MySQL, Apache, IIS, Qmail, Exim mail server on request
+ Restart Database, Web Server, Email server services as required + Set up backup mechanism using CloudBackup (Fee does not include Cloud Backup service price)
+ Restore from Cloud Backup backup as required
+ Install services and software according to customer requirements when ensuring Make sure the software is fully supported, licensed, compatible with the server’s operating system and does not conflict with existing software
– Request consulting support: Consulting on the configuration that needs to be upgraded when the current configuration cannot meet the load
