Viettel Dedicated Private Cloud (vDPC) is Infrastructure as a service (Iaas) that provides physically isolated resources including compute, storage and network. Customers will have the separate infrastructure, using Software Define Data Center (SDDC) solution which helps customer setup and configuration a Virtual Data Center by themselves.

vDPC comprehensively meet the requirement of enterprise customers, who expect to deploy large and separate infrastructure but do not need to own assets for specific applications such as ERP, E-commerce, etc. Dedicated Private Cloud of Viettel IDC acquires the Information Security standards ISO 27001, 27017, PCI DSS, 27018, SAP.

Set up a separate virtual data center system

The system has full components:
– Networking: full set of basic network virtualization devices; Protected and load-balanced by firewall devices and virtual load-panels
– Compute: CPU and RAM are provided in the form of virtual servers (Virtual Machine – VM)
– Storage: uses Gold SSD storage system technology integrated into drives in the virtual server

Powerful SDN solution

– Switching: Allows the deployment of Layer 2 logical networks and the ability to expand connectivity to routers
– Firewall: statefull firewall distributed across the entire environment with centralized policy and management
– Micro Segmentation: supports the Distributed Firewall feature allowing local traffic control within the same LAN according to the East-West model.
– Load Balancing: Layer 4/Layer 7 load balancing supports SSL offload, pass-through and health checks
– Virtual private network (VPN): Supports IPSec VPN (site to site)

Single administration interface

– Customers proactively create, upgrade, delete virtual servers
– Proactively design and configure the system’s virtual network diagram
– Configure virtual network device functions – Free public library of Template VM and Media ISO
– Supports a variety of authentication mechanisms: Local, external authentication (LDAP and SAML)
– Manage and assign access rights to administrative users – Set up service policies, control logs and events

Optimized security

Firewall is supported by Inline machine learning, algorithms are embedded in the firewall code to prevent malware from entering the cloud computing environment. It provides proactive, zero-day protection and inline protection

Fast Deployment

Provision as a resource package including compute, storage, transmission. vCPU is calculated by the actual Core of Intel Xeon Gold 5520R

Flexible Scalability

HCI (vSAN) technology by VMware supports hybrid servers and multi-platform virtualization technology that allow customer to easily upgrade resources by adding physical hosts without disrupting the system

Isolate infrastructure

Customers use a complete separate physical servers cluster, the storage system uses a high-speed SSD hard drive with redundancy

Optimized Cost

Reduce capital costs and save the time of deployment. Customers can choose to purchase 1 Dedicated Host or bundle 3 dedicated hosts service for Cost Optimization

Viettel IDC provides according to the corresponding vDPC package within 24 hours since the Purchase order was fully paid

Customers should register the minimum period by12 months and pay in advance full service fee or pay for service term 3 months.
